🔒 The short version: your PDF files are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to any server. We do not collect, store, or transmit your financial data.
Your files and financial data
When you upload a PDF to CSV Bank, it is read and processed locally within your web browser using JavaScript. The file is never transmitted over the internet to any server — ours or anyone else's. When you close the browser tab, the file and all extracted data are immediately discarded.
We have no access to your bank statements, transaction history, account numbers, or any other financial information you process using this tool.
Information we do collect
Like most websites, we collect standard anonymous usage data through:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — page views and performance metrics. This is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
- Google AdSense — serves display advertisements. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
We do not sell, share, or rent any personal data to third parties.
Cookies
CSV Bank itself does not set any cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies for advertising personalisation. You can manage or disable these through your browser settings or via the Google opt-out link above.
Children's privacy
CSV Bank is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
